The History
The Company
Carlo Querni of Bagnone,
great-grandfather of Mrs. Clelia’s husband, Dr. Giancarlo Di Negro, in his possessions led by sharecropping, among woods and arable land where chestnut cultivation, breeding and cultivation of wheat, maize, vegetables and vines were practiced, had wanted to plant French vines: pinot noir, merlot and probably also moscato.
